I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff treated me like a VIP and were very attentive to all of my needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the indoor and outdoor onsens. Additionally, the buffet dinner had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh seafood and beef. The breakfast was also fantastic, with many options to choose from. my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The service here is truly top-notch. We had a room with a beautiful sea view, and we couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the view. We also loved the hot spring baths. The indoor and outdoor onsens were so relaxing and rejuvenating. It was pure bliss to soak in the hot spring water and take in the calming atmosphere. And the food! Oh, the food was outstanding. We were impressed with the variety of options available, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. we had an incredible experience here and can't wait to come back.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the onsen was relaxing and rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the variety of activities offered on the hotel grounds, such as a souvenir shop and hand-made classes. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance, especially the carpet and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a bit crowded.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was amazing! Loved the hot springs in every room and the variety of activities offered on the grounds, including massages and a souvenir shop. the food was delicious, and they even catered to vegans and those with allergies! the staff was exceptional and provided a shuttle bus service for us which was very convenient.

The western-style rooms were quite run down and in need of maintenance. the carpet was dirty and the bathroom was in poor condition.

Reasonable price, excellent service, hot spring water in rooms, variety of activities, outstanding food.
